2012 Redwood 36 RL Black water tank

The tank has a crack that the PO tried to repair but that patch has failed. Does anyone know the make or model number of the holding tank used for this build?

Every time I observe someone asking for parts they always say to contact Tiara. You will need your serial number when you call. I too also have a 2012 36RL. Where is the crack? Do you have pictures?
