2015 39FL Big chair recliner issue

We took delivery knowing the big chair had problem with the footrest. It will extend part way, but won't come back in without you crawling out of the chair and manually pushing down a lever between the footrest and the seat. Lazy Days promising a replacement. Has anyone had an issue with this one of chair? We looked at the mechanism and nothing jumps out as broken....

If it's a new Unit......Redwood should replace the chair under warranty....... they replaced one of our defective dining room chairs (Selling dealer handled warranty claim). To be honest, these "Diamond Collection" furniture pieces aren't the best quality in my opinion. We just sold the recliners from our new 39MB (consignment shop) & purchased quality Wallhugger Lazyboy's.

Congratulation's on our new Redwood FL.
We do not have the big chair in our 38FL, front living layout is different, just had two recliners.
Again, redwood will most likely just ship a replacement recliner.
We took both of the factory Recliners out and put them in our trade in and put our Lane Theater Seating Unit from our trade in our new Redwood.
