2015 RL 38 windows?

Any one know who makes the frame less windows in these units , Ours has duel pane windows . I need to order the crank out assembly , one of the rollers that goes in the window track has a flat spot in the plastic and some times comes out of the track and the window will not close and flies open while your on the road.

Thanks for your help!
Mark

I used this one on the left rear and it works great. Had to drill out the rivets and used black screws with nuts and lock washers.

Yep, more than I wanted to spend also. But the 7 inch seems to the one they used in these.

Good luck

LCI is not a good company for owners to deal with. They want you to go thru a dealer. They are adamant about it. I wanted to add a window in the entry door of our 2020 3901 WB. You would think I asked to install a meat slicer.
No way, can't be done.

We just had to replace one of the windows due to a mishap. While it is a LCI company now (Kinro) it was very easy to deal with. Once i got approval from insurance company we received the new window within 2 weeks. Was a custom order. Not sure about parts but here is the contact info I dealt with. Duncan Sales <duncansales@lci1.com>
Was very pleased with service. Good Luck

LCI doesn't build RVs, they furnish lots of the parts to the factory for the build. If you wanted a custom built unit you & your dealer should have went through Keystone or Crossroads or whoever builds them nowadays.
You possibly could've ordered the window from Kinro, a subsidiary of LCI, then installed yourself or have your dealer install.
