2017 3401RL new roof

Our 2017 3401RL has a rotten spot in the roof on the door side of the rear AC unit. They tell me lightening the AC units down every year is standard maintenance. I have zero documentation on such a thing anywhere. Anyone else heard of this? 3 years old and rotten roof. That on top of broken leaf springs I'm really sad about this rv. It truly has been none stop nightmares since our first trip in 2017. Second set of tires. Left rear blew out coming home from Florida last Thursday and destroyEd the slide and airbags. So far 4,700 dollars in damage. I expect that to go higher.ties are . Tires have maybe 6k miles on them and are always inflated correctly.

I would say the roof was torn or the seal under the AC unit at the curb was not done correctly at the time of build. Look at the getting the roof done by one of the two big company's that do spray on roofs , they can help you with the wood repairs also. One of the company's is in Florida .

Its sucks the factories don't do a better job on QC , many owners have issues that could be prevented .
