Hello Folks.

We ordered this one from the factory, got everything we needed inside it
and love it, my question is how do we program the keypad on the door lock?
we have no paperwork on how to program it, now mind you this also comes with keys too. any help would be appreciated. Michael.....

Is this a Bauer lock? If so, they have great online resources (operating manual) for their products.

take the battery plate off the inside of the door and you will see the directions on the back of the plate.
