2021 Redwood 4001lk black tanks

Hello,
There are 2 black tanks labeled black tank 1 and black tank 2 in our Redwood 4001lk. My husband and I are trying to figure out which black tank goes to the upstairs bathroom and which tank goes to the downstairs bathroom. Does anybody know?

If you're question is about the tank level sensors it really doesn't matter as they are fairly useless anyway.
We've had 7-8 rvs none of which were those sensors worth the power to light the pretty red lights.
Not familiar with your floorplan, but if you don't have 2 toilets you won't have 2 black tanks. The manufacturers tend use whatever equipment is within arms length & the sensor panel may have 2 black tanks shown but only 1 is being used if you only have 1 toilet. You should also have 2 greys listed, 1 for the bath which is the lavatory, shower & wash machine & one for kitchen/galley.

Empty both then fill one 1/2 full then open the valves to see which is which.

We have a 4001LK too and the Black 1 is the front toilet while Black 2 is the 1/2 bath toilet AND sink. It is normal for the tank sensors to not work 100%. One thing you can do is a product called Command Cleaner which is an enzyme pod you can buy at Wal-Mart that you fill the tank with a hose through the toilet (or sink for the grey tanks) and let it set for 24-hours then rinse and it works pretty well!

. It is normal for the tank sensors to not work 100%. ![/QUOTE]

Having owned 7-8 rvs in the past 45 years it's normal for the sensors to not work 98% of the time.
My last 2 5th wheels, including the RW, I never looked at the sensor monitor, all it told me of any use was that the lights were pretty red ones.

The only sensors that work from us are the Black and Fresh Water. The only reason the Black work is because I refill it numerous time using the flusher when dumping, but because of the placement of the sensors will read full when it is only half to three quarters.
