We installed a Residential Refrigerator in our 2014 38FL which the kitchen area and Refrigerator area is the same as your FL. (the front living area and bedroom area is little different)
Removing the refrigerator was fairly easy, did have to remove the doors, placed a piece of plywood on the floor so as to not damage the floor.
The NorCold Refrigerator is quite heavy.
Once the Refrigerator was removed, I removed the lower drawer, the Gas Line to the Refrigerator, filled and sealed the hole in the floor and removed the Gas Line "T" under the slide floor. Then I sealed the old Norcold rear vents and lined all the walls with foil covered foam board.
Installed our new Haier Refrigerator (after removing the doors) with ease.
Its been in our FL now for several years of fulltime use, lots of miles with no problems.
The key to the right Refrigerator is getting a counter depth unit, there are several brands on the market. We went with the Haier unit because we do not use the ice maker (it does not have one) and did not like the bottom Freezer Drawer style on some of the other models. We have been very happy with our choice. Haier HRQ16N3BGS 33 4 Door Refrigerator
