Shane, I arrive at MorRyde on the Wednesday afternoon the 27th and have a reservation at Shipshewana South starting on the Friday the 29th.
I have a back in site at Shipshewana South which with a Front Living / Rear Bedroom layout, works good for me
Guess I will be a Redwood on the Open Range

[QUOTE=Ford truck guy;68180
....Be prepared for noise... They are working 24 hours a day... the break table is 5' from the front of the trailer..
There are break buzzers that are located over the camper that will sound off at break times.. There are loudspeakers strategically placed around so they can use the page system to tell people stuff... this all happens through the night...
We said that the next time we need to go there , we will drop the trailer off and hit the Marriott...
They are very gracious to allow us to stay , they even bring lunch in for you , their treat if you are in the lobby waiting.. They will give you a key to their warehouse so you can come and go.. BUT the doors were always open as they did not stop working...
At the end of it all.... IT WAS WORTH EVERY MINUTE OT THAT FOR THE IS ! ! ! [/QUOTE]
First, what an encouraging sign for the economy if they're working 24 hour days. When we were there 2-3? years ago, they only had 2 shifts going. And confession - I found it fascinating to watch the workers at night. That noise didn't bother me as much as the noise from the trains did. Close to the tracks and it seemed like every 20 minutes a looooong train went by. As soundproof as I find our trailer to be, that's one sound that comes in. All in all, short term discomfort (possibly) for long term satisfaction (definitely).
When we went last year for a check up, they had about 3 or 4 electric hook ups in the new lot. Water facet was on the side of the building by the bay doors; overnight parking is opposite. Get your water before you back into the electric hook up. And expect company as others will probably be hooked up next to you.
MorRyde is an amazing organization and should serve as a role model for how you treat customers and maintain a thriving business.

Sounds like I will have a interesting couple of days at MorRyde, glad I made the choice to take Bale to a Puppy Dog Host Home for a couple of days since I travel Solo now.

Wait till you see the additions.... They have been busy putting additions on there... It's incredible the growth they are experiencing !...
Then there is the little house up front who will not sell out... They are building all around it. . .

Thanks for that article, great to see Morryde is looking out for them, and not pushing them out... Just shows how good of a company they are

This is to anyone who has Morryde IS. What is the height increase? Only 2"? Do you then drop your pin box one hole?

Mine only changed about an inch. Didn't change anything on truck as the coach was riding slightly nose high before. Rig is now perfectly level.
Coach height is 13'3", Maybe a little less as we went through a bridge that was marked 13'5" and held our breath .................

Mor/ryde will measure the Frame to ground clearance before they back your RW into the Shop, then they will add the nessesary size subframe for the IS, trying to keep your RW as close as possible at the same height.

^^^^^^. What Michelle and Ann said....
What I was there in June , before they touch the trailer , they take a bunch of ground to frame measurements , that will determine how mush subframe , if any is needed...
In my case, the rear of the trailer was 2" lower than the front , so he aimed for that.. Ended up less than 1/2" off front to back.... I'll take it..
