I am looking at the Redwood 4150RD and the brochure states it is 44"10 in length. I believe some manufacturers don't include the ladder in their measurements. I have a 45"4 garage, so not much wiggly room if this RW is 44"10, but I could fit it in. Now add about 4-6 inches for the ladder and there would be a problem. I'd have to travel to another state to physical see a 4150, so that really isn't an option.
Can any owners verify the 4150's length?

Generally the RW measurements are from the King Pin Center, thus you have between a foot to foor & a half additional length.

I think I would call Redwood and ask to speak to someone in design or production. Any of their factory production drawings should have overall length.

My 2012 36RL was listed in the factory brochure at 38 feet 11 inches. But, when I measured the actual length from nose to ladder, I found it was actually 40 feet 8 inches.
