Another drain...any ideas?

Just when I thought I had the fresh water tank supply and drain system figured out, I come across this little bugger. I decided to do some slide maintenance and needed to crawl under the coach. When I got under the kitchen slide, I found this hose staring at me. Any ideas?

I'm puzzled, I just looked again, no blue pex, or any other water line in the hydraulics area of our kitchen slide?
