Spoke to Mark in Customer Service this morning about the fact that my dealer said they wouldn't pay to move my booster switch. He remembered me as he was the one who helped us find it! He understood that it was not a matter of convenience but rather one of accessibility. Said of course they would take care of it. Very happy with RW Customer Service this week!!!!
It never hurts to give the Customer Service a call instead of taking the dealer's word as the final word. Another satisfied customer!!

We finally had to call RW to find ours. It was behind the tv in the bedroom on the left side. The tv fills the space so we had to actually take the tv down to operate the switch. They are moving it to the side cabinet this week.

Our 2013 36RL has it in the cabinet to the right of the tv. Way up on the top of the cabinet wall. It's has a dark brown cover which makes it had to see. All this being said it sounds like they move them around. (Like looking for Waldo).
