Finally settled at crown cove Rv park in fort mill SC still working on getting everything back in order. Thanks for everyone's support on trying to help with my axel issue. I'm still looking for a used axel haven't gotten a chance to call morRyde yet will do tomorrow I be here for the next 6 six months or more. Does anyone here think I could get a mobile service guy to install my siding over my wheels that got ripped off last year and have them painted later at repair facility ?

Why a used axle? New 7k axles are not that expensive $250-$300.

Glad you finally got there safe!!!!
Might be time to look up a good mobile tec and get two 8K axels and disc brakes installed along with your previous damage repaired and be done with all your worries !!!!
Ask the CG your in for recommendations. If you can't find anyone I do have a buddy about 100 miles from you that can look into it.

Sorry to hear about your problems. we lost our bearings, back plate assem, brakes, wheel hub assem and axle as well two days ago. Fortunately our wheel did not fully come off, so we did not have any fiberglass damage. We are hoping the truck stop shop we are at will be able to get new parts tomorrow from Denver. I'm having all my bearings replaced.

I sure hope my bearings, brakes and hubs hold up till I get to the Rally and Ron gets the Titan Disc Brake system installed.
Leaving my homebase in Tallahassee this morning and starting working my way North to New Jersey over the next two months then head to Shipshewana the end of July.

Got out of Tallahassee a little after 1:00 today, light rain for the first 75 miles going west on I-10 then no rain the rest of the way to Pensacola.
No wind at all, just rain.

Any information on Rv repair centers in 300 miles from here is more then welcome. Just never know who to trust. I also talked to moRyde and the do not sell anything used for liability reasons. So I'm looking at the new or used 7k axel or 8k axels upgrade and I guess the go thru Dexter ? moR.. Only does the independent sussspension. Am I getting all of this right?

Do you currently have 7k axle's? If so, stick with a 7k replacement, unless you plan to purchase 2 axle's. I just had my 7k axle replaces with hub and brake set-up 2 days ago. The replacement they found out of Denver was a Dexter brand. It's working fine. I also had them replace the other axle wheel bearings with Timkens. The said the old bearings and grease were fine, but I was not going to take anymore chances. In fact the grease in the bearings was still red and good looking. Who knows why the one bearing went out. Good luck with your repairs. We were down for 5 days due to the weekend.
