Auto Level Jacks (again)

Hi!,
I am soliciting this site to see if any of you have had this issue with your Level Up jacks. The Rear button on the control panel does not work. I place the unit in Manual Mode and hit Rear, nothing happens, they won't extend nor retract. Quite frankly I don't even know if it ever worked since I always play with the front jacks, Auto Level, and Auto Retract.
Any feedback on this, and what was done to fix it, would be appreciated!

Mine seems to work, but the "rear" button will control both mid and rear jacks at the same time. Likewise the left, or right, will control either side as needed when I press the appropriate button.
