Awning issue?

We recently had our awning fabric replaced. A few days ago I noticed that on the underneath side something was working its way outward? I have attached two pictures. Anyone else had this issue? Thanks!

that is what hold the fabric in the top bracket. There should be a small screw put in the fabric and the plastic rod on the top channel it slides into. Roll it back up , push the rod back in and you should find a #6 x 3/8" long sheetmetal screw works to lock it in place. I would bet there is a existing screw hole in the top of the channel.
