Basement television mounting

I'm interested in installing a television in our basement. I'd like to mount it with some type of wall brackets that I could swing outward and also store the television while traveling? Has anyone else done this? I'd like to use a 40" set? Thank you for the help?

Check out the morryde site.

MORryde International, RV Suspensions, TV Mounts, Sliding Trays

Installed one on ours and love it. Pulls out, tilts down and swivels.

Did the same as Steve. This is a 43 but mounted it where a 50" will fit, you know just in case the DW thinks we need a bigger TV. [emoji6]

Wow! That is a nice big TV!! My 2014 Redwood factory TV in the basement was only a 26", same as the bedroom back then. The Moreryde bracket you guys used also overcame the issue I had with having to clear a space below the TV to lower it.

I thought about the drop down but decided on the slider because of how much room I would have to clear. This one costs me 11 inches. I had to make a 2x4 frame and secure to the firewall behind the generator compartment to get it far enough out to extend the TV past the supports.
