Black tank valve

I have a 2019 3401rl and have problems with the dump valve opening or closing all the way. Handle appears to be binding. Anyone have had this issue. And where can I find the valve at the end of the cable?
Thanks BOb

You'll have to drop the coroplast underneath to locate the valve.
From my experience it's a 50/50 chance that it's not the valve but the cable. It's very long & they have a habit of twisting up, over & around rather than a semi straight line so probably just binding. Might try taking it loose from the convenience center & getting behind the basement wall & see if it's rolled up or binding & straighten up a bit before dropping the underbelly, which by the way is no fun
