We just found a bolt that has pushed up through the lino on our 2019 3901 WB. It looks to be one of the 1/4” bolts that holds the 5/8” plywood to the frame. Unfortunately the bolt head caught on the bottom of the slide and tore the slide floor under as well. Also both sides of the island have come loose. My concern is that there is a major problems blem underneath. Has anyone seen this before?
