Yours at least looks like they tried to write it in English, mine looks like a Chinese kid in kindergarten learning to write. Best bet would be trial & error as I'd be very surprised if any 2 would be wired the same, from what I've found their schematics were merely a suggestion, they definitely aren't as builts.

Yep, looks like mine, written by 5 year old.

Make labels with my label maker for all the breakers.

Note: Redwood put my Washer and Dryer on the same side / leg of the main breaker, after some issues when running both, I moved the Dryer breaker to the other side to balance the load, no more problems.

OK, Here is my best guesstimate of what your breakers and fuses are for. I have a 2012 36RL, so its different than your 31SL. But from experience in the rv industry I think they are the following, and not 100% sure on a few, I don't know what items are in your coach option wise.
110v breakers from left:
Entertainment center/ Ceiling fan
ODS (which is Off Door Side ) Slide out
GFCI
Dryer
Water Heater
Air Conditioner ( Unsure if front or rear )
50 amp main breakers
Microwave
Air Conditioner ( Unsure if front or rear )
Living Room
Washer
Fireplace
Converter

12 volt fuses:
1 LP/Carbon Monoxide Detector
2 Living Room
3 Off Door Slide Out
4 Bath
5 Bedroom??
6 ???
7 Door Side Slide Out
8 Appliances
9 Bedroom/Hall
10 Monitor Panel
11 Awning (main)
12 Porch Lights
13 Basement
14 Slide Out Awning
15 OPEN Shouldn't have fuse inserted, no wire connected

That's my guess. Owners of 31SL can chime in with theirs. You can also turn lights and fans on all over and pull fuses out one at a time to see what turns off. Also can check 110v receps with a small lamp plugged in or a receptacle tester to see which circuits are on what breakers when you turn them off.

Here is what mine looked like for my 36RL before and after:
