Morning all - I have A 2015 RW 39mb, the left side rear window emergency exit safety latch broke. It’s a short latch and window doesn’t open very far because the roof ladder is mounted in front of window. ( not sure why it’s designated emergency exit) Right side window is designated emergency exit and can be used for that.
Has anyone had to replace a broken left side rear window emergency latch? I found some emergency latch’s but all are to long.
This short latch in the closed position only measures 4” from entire swivel width to end of red Handel. The shortest latch I’ve located so far measures 9” in the closed position.
Any direction to locate one is appreciated & much thanks…

Ours broke a few years ago, used cable ties to keep it closed and got a replacement at the Rally that year.
