Cleaning dryer vent.

Hi Everyone,
Has anyone had the pleasure of removing the outside dryer vent cover and cleaning the duct hose.
Thinking of doing this, can purchase a duct cleaning hook up at Hardware store, looked at some You Tube videos on cleaning same but none show cleaning a RV duct.
Was wondering if anyone has done this and if anything special I should look out for?
Thanks in advance.
Jeff.

its not a bad idea but the hose is only 12" or less , I really don't think there will be any real build up of lint. At least that how long the hose in our RL-38

If you have access to a bore scope you can look inside the hose much easier then disassembling everything.
