Now that I have DW setup with her new sewing area, I (she) decided that I need to have a computer desk/workstation. I cut out part of the center shelf behind the TV. Then mounted 3/8 ply to support the weight of the monitor and bracket. Using the cut out shelf, I finished the ply to match the existing wood. Having replaced the outside TV mount with the moryde articulating arm, I used the left over bracket to mount the computer monitor.

Now we're both happy
