Ours is at the dealers in Dallas so the repairman will go there. He said they are being handled quickly after the form is received. I would suggest calling them! Worked for us! Good Luck!
I called and they took my info and told me a repair person will come to my RV to fix it after they get the form. That was good to hear. So for now it's a waiting game. But we aren't at our destination yet, but I don't think that's a problem, since I doubt if they would call in a week's time. Thanks for the info, it was a breath of fresh air!

Come to find out after calling customer service our rig wasn't even registered with Redwood, because the dealer we bought it from who us suppose to do that, went out of business shortly after our sale. So we never received a recall card from them. But it's all straightened out now. I have to fax them a copy of my bill of sale, and that will happened when we get to our destination up north, Pa. So now I'm just going to sit back and wait for my microwave repair call.

After calling customer service, who by the way were very nice, I have finally resolved the problem. First, our rig was never registered with Redwood because the dealer we bought it from went out of business shortly after our sale and they are the ones to register your RV. That is the reason for no recall card on my microwave. But the good news is, a repair person will be contacting us to come to the RV to change out the control panel. So I do feel much better now.

We just got a letter from Crossroads about a recall of the microwave/convection oven. Model #'s CFMV152CLB and CFM154CLS. The letter said to contact Crossroads/Redwood to make an apt. for Frigidare to come to you to fix the problem. 1-855-226-7496

John and Eileen, you asked where to get the micro numbers. I have a convection microwave and the numbers you need are on the inside frame when you open the door. Good luck. Hope all goes well.

Hi Mr Wright,
My microwave was on the recall list. So it's going to be serviced. Thanks anyway.

I read on here to check and see if the out side vent was open. So I just did and it was closed. When I got the ladder out and opened it I noticed another allum. Flap in side that was stuck. I reached in and pulled it open and all hot air came rushing out. I think the inside vent is supposed to be loose and floppy but it's not. I am cooking now and will see if the food cooks on time now that vent is open. Let y'all know how it does.

Yep, you found an issue with Redwood. The convention oven flap doesn't always align with the exterior flap and it won't open.

Our inner vent was held in the closed position by construction adhesive. Had to get a knife to cut it loose.

Frigidaire replaced mine over a year ago. They offered to ship it to me or a local repair service. Had it within a week.

No problems since and that was in July of last year.

Update! Finally have a date for the Frigidaire repairman to come!! After calling RW again they told me I might be able to speed things up by calling Frigidaire. Turned it over to my wife and its being done next Wednesday!!! Dealer called me and said " I don't know what you did but they are coming Wednesday!" What I did was give it to a woman who wants to go camping and is tired of all the delays!!

I got to the camper late yesterday, I had to check something so while I had the ladder out I looked in the exhaust vent. The inner flap for the microwave doesn't line up perfectly with the outside hooded vent. Stuck my hand in and opened it. It's off ever so slightly but enough to keep it closed.
You guys have a lot of the answers thanks for the input.

Our dealer got a similar run around from Frigidaire, took almost 2 months to get a service technician. Initially they wouldn't even talk to our dealer. Unfortunately we are out of the country and were unable to call Frigidaire to expedite.

Just to chime in, about 2 weeks ago my wife woke up in the middle of the night and found the microwave running. She turned it off, left the door opened and went back to bed. The next day I closed the door and within an hour, the microwave started on its own again. We have been leaving the door opened at all times and last week we received the recall notice from Crossroads. We called the number on the recall notice and were told that we'll be receiving a call soon. No call yet but glad to read here that Frigidaire may be coming to us rather than us having to take it to the dealership.

Wow now that's a crazy problem to have, most things do not want to work. But yours wants to work overtime.

Oregonbound, were you within the sequence for the recall?

As crazy as this sounds for these, the Apollo on our last Montana had the same problem.
