CrossRoads New Facility Could Speed Customer Service

Crossroads, which is part of the Thor Industries family of companies, announced Tuesday (April 22) that it had begun construction this week on a new customer service facility at its 45-acre campus in Topeka, Ind.

The new facility will be located at the site of the former corporate office on Hawpatch Drive.

According to the article the new Service Center will be completed in July, if so it will be open when we're in Indiana for the rally.

So will they be servicing Redwood and Crossroad vehicles or just Crossroad?

Both....at least I assume so.

Redwood used to do service/warranty at their manufacturing facility in Syracuse but they needed the space to expand so they moved all the service/warrenty work a while ago to the existing Crossroads facility.
