Customer service survey

I brought my RW to the dealer to winterize and I had a list of things to do while they had it. I picked it up and put it away for the winter.
A couple of days later I got a call from an outside service asking how my experience with the service department went.
What a venue to vent if need be and I would think the reports would go to the top of the company. Fortunately all went very well and I gave them great marks.
Somebody spent money to make sure their Customers are satisfied, a nice touch.

That is great news, one of the ways to improve customer service is to listen to the customer.
