Irvine will send new brackets, but when putting the shades back up use 2 zip ties criss crossed over bracket & shades will never fall again. Don't really need the new brackets if you do this, unless you need to add 1 or 2 to that big shade.

Like Danny said, its probably just the brackets that are broke.. I lost the LARGE shades on the rear of my "16" RL.
I placed them back up and used 2 black zip ties per bracket in an X pattern, they are now stronger than new..

Jip ties are the best solution. Redwood sent enough brackets to redo my whole coach, Havent used them. The small plastic retainer in the clip is the weak spot. Zip ties dont break

I think everyone had had the same issue as have I. They are correct in contacting the shade supplier. A simple solution would be for an additional 2 more brackets to be installed at the factory but that would bring down the profit margin. By the way I believe the proper spelling is does not dose.

Per the Irvine install instructions, RW isn't using the correct number of brackets per shade, thus making for an issue. But if you use the X of cable ties when reinstalling it should eliminate a future failure.

We have several broken roller shades. Does anyone know how can we get them repaired or replaced? We have a 2013 Redwood 38’ RL. In bedroom both light filtering & blackout shade broken on window behind bed. Blackout shade broken on rear window of living area and one small window in living room slide.

Irving will send you RV Blinds in Mesa AZ for parts.
Call Jackie at 602-321-9986
If you need springs, you will need to know the tube diameter.
For our 2015, it is 1 1/4 tube

I'm so glad I came across this thread! My shade fell down twice and this will be a great fix for something that should'nt be an issue. Thank you everyone!
