Well the time is almost here for our 38BR to arrive, after throughly reading every post on this forum at least 3 times (thank you all for your great info) I have created a list of things that I need to watch for or question the dealer onwhen we do our walk through. I am looking for any and all suggestions that you as owners can give me. I have downloaded a walk through list from the internet but know that real owners of a RW product can give better advice. I don't want to forget anything no matter how small so every comment is valued information for us. Thanks again for all your great posts to this forum.

First off welcome to the family. When you do the walk thru make sure they prove to you the tbs work on antenna.cable and satellite, there are many issues with the cableing as you probably have seen here.We took delivery of our RW in October and just returned from two week shake down.I spent eight hours so far trying to chase out cable, finally surrendered and ran cable thru window as temp.It will be going to shop. There is always some bugs to work out,but overall we are happy with are purchase. We did not have any issues with jacks popping, also double check lube in axles and air pressure.Good luck on your delivery.

Make sure the Dealer adds the second battery and see if you can get two good batteries, group 27s or 29s, not the elcheapo no name 24 that has come in some. If you ordered the G rated tires (sure hope you did with a BR) make sure the pressure is where it belongs, our RL arrived with only 80 PSI in them. You might want the Dealer to put grease in the wet bolts, Lippert isn't installing them correctly and some won't take grease because the grease holes are not positioned correctly.
Good luck and enjoy.

I also have a 38BR and used my Ipad to record (video) the walk through. Boy, have I played that back a bunch and it answered most of my questions. Do it is segments so you won't have to watch the entire video to find what you are looking for. Bud

Awesome ideas, keep them coming, love the idea of recording the walk through in segments too.

Sorry for just getting back to you, I pulled a list of useful information from www.rvlifestyle.net under PDI Checklist. and made my own list from info pulled through researching this forum. I suggest that you take a video camera and use it when doing your walkthrough like others have said here. very useful info is often forgotten with the excitement of getting your new rv. good luck and welcome to the RW lifestyle. looking forward to our own walkthrough very soon.
