Dinning Room Slide Won’t Deploy - traveling.

We have a 2013 Redwood 36RL - the main slide out won’t budge - neither side is going out. We can hear the motor running, but when we go under the slides none of the gears are turning .

I have tried to look up information from Lippert about the hydraulic slides, but I am not finding any specific as to the location of the hydraulic pumps.

There is only one hydraulic pump for both the 6 point leveling and for extending and retracting the hydraulic slide out rooms. Pump system is located in the front compartment where your batteries are located and where your generator would go if you had one. The fluid in the reservoir might be low, but you can't check unless all jacks are completely raised and your unit is supported on your tow vehicle. All slide out rooms also need to be in the retracted position to check fluid level. Fluid level should be 3/8" to 1/2" below the fill opening when all is retracted. www.lci1.com has many support documents to help with its hydraulic systems.

Maybe a silly question, but is the valve open? Our 2014 36RL had the valve kit option and I could close valves for any or all slides and I would close off the street side sometimes when at the house. The valves were above the pump.
