Well day 3 into my new 2014 redwood has been almost a total disaster. I thought many were being winey about problems but now I understand. Day 1 the shower leaked everywhere, middle jacks wouldn't come all way down but I got it level . Day 2 shower fixed but tried what dealer said to fix it and no help. Day 3 called lippert and they say fluid must be low, so I hook back up to my level Rv and when I pull the slides in the kitchen slide drags the floor and destroys lineloium, floor, and wall. So to make a long story short the fluid wasn't low but now have more issues. Can day 4 be worse? Well I guess it could my buddy bought a redwood and his wheel came off on first trip.

Sorry you are having problems. Did your dealer try the level up and slides when prepping it???

Well they said they did, but rushed me through the pdi but I don't blame salesman at all . I am waiting to pass judgment on dealership depends on how they fix it. They day I ordered mine I was so happy and called my friend and he informed me that his has been disaster and even wheel fell off. My heart sank . I passedit off over the 6 weeks it took to get here and here we are.

Oh man, so sorry to hear about the trouble! You are probably sick about the damage.

I probably would have to park it at the Dealer and start over another time after the fixed everything.

Would be nice but I am working 70 to 80 hours a week and four hours from them. Thing is I am 300 yards from a redwood dealer but they were significantly higher so I didn't trade with them. I am sure they don't want me in there

Contact Leonard Nielsen at Crossroads/Redwood Service and let him know of your issues as well as the location of the dealer closest to you. Any authorized Redwood or Crossroads service shop can perform warranty work so they should take your coach, may not place you in the highest priority for service work completion, but should do the work upon authorization from Redwood. Key in time to complete service issues is replacement parts from Redwood.

Both my wife and I have had lengthy conversations with Ron. I am very impressed with the customer service at Redwood at this point and feel like any issues I might have will be solved. Dealerships can be a whole nother story though...

I have talked to Ron on two occasions and both times he was very helpful and always explained what needed to be explained. I never felt that he was in a hurry to get me off the phone. In my book, he is definitely the best thing at Redwood!! Keep up the great work Ron!!
