Ductwork replacement

Our 2013 36RE living room/ kitchen heater ductwork is going to need replacing, the two floor vents aren’t getting much air. The ductwork is attached at the plenum and the spot where they attach to the floor ductwork chase. Last winter we had the same problem, had a mobile technician come out, he was able to get some debris out and it worked a little better but it appears that it was a short term fix? Has anyone had this problem and how much trouble is it to replace? I’m familiar with duct board and hvac. I am thinking about doing it myself? Thanks!

Many times the place where the flex hoses that come from the furnace plenum are connected onto a piece of metal that is taped to the bottom of the duct that runs in the floor. The tape lets loose leavening you with no air on that side of the coach. I would inspect that connection first and use straps to make the plate stay in place. Using your phone take pictures of the inside of the duct from above to see if it has collapsed or broken. Use eternabond roof tape to repair any holes holes.

I had the duct work in my 2020 3991 RD replaced from the plenum back to the 1st vent in the kitchen. I will try and post some pics of before and after, if unsuccessful, drop me a note with your email and I will send them that way.

I was able to hold a lighter at the floor vents in kitchen and living room without it flickering... now it blows out..

before -

after
