Electric Heat in Bedroom Not Working

I have Redwood 4150 2021 model and the heater in the bedroom worked a few days ago fine. This morning turn on the heater and all it does is blow out cold air. Looked at the fuses and didn't see anything that was blown.

Any ideas?

Are both roof top units heat pumps? Our '13 only the living room was a hp.
What's the outdoor temperature? If it's below 40+/- degrees it will only blow cold.
Also if you drop the thermostat setting more than 3-5 degrees more than the actual inside temp the furnace & hp will come on til the temp reaches the tstat setting.

My 2013 did same thing last year. The tape that was used to hold the duck work to the bottom of floor register came undone and the duct work was just hanging loose blowing warm air into cargo hold. Toasty warm in cargo area. :} I wasn't impressed with the cardboard and tape system they used to secure the duct work. Sad considering the price tag of these units.

The heat pump (electric heat) does not/will not come from the floor registers, ONLY the gas furnace.
My '13 the furnace duct also came loose from the bedroom floor register.

I had the same problem as Jeff with the ductwork. Just another redwood POS engineering marvel.

Our 38RL 2016, the bedroom HP works fine, but I can never get the kitchen HP to work, even if the temps are 3 - 4 degree different, even though the thermostat control shows electric HP option. We do have the third AC in this unit

The duct to the front bedroom is an issue with many different brands, so RW isn't alone.

Barry, don't know about your issue, but there have been some on the Montana who's HP doesn't work and come to find out that the wrong AC was installed. Might want to look into that. Both of ours work but I do remember when we ordered it was an option on each AC, so you picked if on or both.
