I order from them a lot. Good service and good follow up and generally all products have some type of review video from the staff.

By luck of the draw, they carry my factory fireplace and I bought and replaced mine a couple of months ago for several hundreds cheaper than going through the Dealer. It was an exact fit and I was able to do a write up on it.

They did get a little snippy with me about putting electric brakes on my boat trailer a few years ago, but I got over it

I have ordered a few items from them.... The last was the Flex Air that I just swapped out a few months ago...

Their price was by far the lowest, with free shipping! in fact, the price was lower than the rally special from Lippert at the rally this year by $10.00
