Our 2017 34RL has an issue with the fireplace. The motor that runs the spinner has stopped. (The interior also badly needs cleaning)
So, how do you gain access to the unit. It is a built-in, with a hardwood frame around it. I called the mfgr, and got no help. Dealer has no idea. It appears that the wood frame must come off so that the unit can be removed.
