Front room slide comes in crooked.

The other day I went to cycle my Hydraulic slides. When they started coming in the front room slide was coming in crooked. I put the slides back out went out under the front room slide. The right side of the hydraulic rack had come loose from the slide out. The slide is held to the rack with 10 4inch self tapping bolts. I pulled the only bolt left in and where the bolt goes thru the aluminum channel it was almost rusted in half. Aluminum and steel bolts do not mix they will corrode every time. I replaced all of my bolts on both slides with 4 inch self tapping galvanized bolts. My unit is a 2012 RE so it took 5 years to corrode. You may want to check your unit.

Don't know why a design engineer would not consider the impact of dissimilar materials. That's a pretty big fail. Thanks for the heads up!
