You may have a defective or incorrect two stage LP regulator on the driver side of the coach. One possible way to check is to see if the gas stove burner changes flame height or color other LP appliances (furnace or water heater) are demanding gas. You can also try one burner on the stove, then turn on the other two burners. If the first burner decreases in flame height or the flame tips turn yellow, then there is insufficient gas flow which I think you already know.
With the cheap, poor quality LP controls and pigtails used in RVs, don't be surprised that these things fail. In the past year, I have had to replace two leaky pigtails and just this week, the red KLI International single stage LP regulator on the curb side started leaking. By the way, a leak in the LP system can also cause the same issue as insufficient gas flow. Have you notice any unusual LP odors around the outside of your coach?
Hope this helps.
