Makes me think of a Bill Engvall joke where the trucker got stuck under a bridge. I wouldn't want to see that go in there either.

When I took mine to have the axles aligned in Elkhart it looked like that only difference was inside there were only 2 tracks/ramps over their pit area, I told them I wasn't backing into there & I didn't want to watch them do it.

HE lowered the trailer all the way down with the forklift and that gave him a whopping 1/2" clearance from the top of the AC to the bottom of the door structure. Once in , he raised the trailer all the way up to the rafters . . when lowering it to pull it out , It was so low that the drain tube for the fresh water tank was dislodged ...
When it was time to remove it , I wanted NOTHING to do with it.. I went in the front office and turned my head!

This guy and his family were on the ball.. and OLD SCHOOL! !

gotta love it !

Todd is the Master for backing trailers... On our trip last week, we took a cancellation at an Oregon State Park sight unseen, hoping for the best! I ran straight for the Vodka afterward. Lots of "leaner trees" which scare me.

that was at Beverly Beach State Park in Lincoln City, one of our favorites. I would say that now that we have been there with the Redwood (this was her maiden voyage to the coast!!) I would definitely encourage big rigs in there, it's not bad. Most of the trees are out of the way. It was just scary heading in, never know if you can turn around or what. Definitely got a lot of "OH MY GOD THAT TRAILER IS HUGE!" comments, LOL! It looks a lot bigger (as you know) when most of the people have small rigs and tents in a heavily treed campground.

The A Loop at Beverly is not bad but it is usually full. Really nice Park in Florence Harbor Vista Site 13 looks out over Beach and coast. You did not wave as you drove by we are currently in Salem.

ah We went down 101! We started looking for a spot in ASTORIA! LOL! Forgot about the record salmon runs... the parks were all full of fisherman. I thought I was taking a good risk since school had just started, but NO. Thank GOD for Chinook Winds parking lot!! LOL! PLUS I won $$$ so it wasn't TOO bad!

Oh, and yes we have stayed in the A loop many times in our truck camper. It's great. We will definitely be looking for that loop (the inside spots) next time we go. It's a little dark inside the park, and since we live in a forest, it's nice to come out into the light once in a while!
