Growth around slide under refrigerator

Does anyone know what this brown kind of hard/kind of squishy growth this is? It's under the kitchen slide beneath the refrigerator.

You must have a water leak possibly the water line to the fridge

Looks like a fungus. My MIL had a slow water leak behind her refrigerator at home and a fungus spread due to the moisture.
