Heat Pump Issue

Hi,
I'm checking to see if any of you have come up with this problem. I have 2 air conditioners/heat pumps on my FL36. Recently the back unit throws cold air when I set the thermostat to Elec. Heat. The front unit works fine. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Paul

If the unit still works on AC(cold air) it most likely will be a bad tstat. The slide switch on our 2015 was acting up until I cleaned the slide contacts on the switches to select heat/AC.

You should have two thermostats and each works one AC/Heat pump. Do you have both set properly.
