If I remember right it was Dave & Ginny who posted this quite some time age. Try and search for his posts probably about two years ago.

To reset some, you place a strong magnet against the face of the little black box on the backside of the fridge. Never did it, but have read about it on some of the other RV Forums. Worth a try.

My high temperature switch was first replaced as a factory recall even though I didn't think mine was on the list. I took it to a local RV dealer and they said it was covered.

The second time was due to me having the trailer jacked up nose high with the refrigerator on over night. I tried a magnet and every other method found on the internet with no improvement. Someone had mentioned going down a rough road.......... and that worked. Apparently there was an air bubble in the system. I took the Redwood to the Entegra dealership to trade it in (7 hour drive) and when I got there it worked.

It's my understanding that the refrigerator is still working to this day.

If it got wet from washing, you reset it with a strong magnet against the black circuit board cover on the back of the fridge. Move it around a bit and you will hear a click when it resets.
