3116 sounds like a very light pin for something starting out at 20K. Check some of the other forums, as some DRV owners claim pin weights up near 5K.

Does seem like pin weight should be more.I thought the 3rd axle would take some of the weight off the pin.Will check into weights more to help make a decision.

That is an awesome floor plan for me - the best I've seen, although my Grandson would wonder where the loft is.

Grandson would have to sleep in the garage on one of two pull down couch/beds.He would have to rough it with his own tv and surround sound.L.O.L.
