In command

Back from a trip and the in command system does not control anything from the remote panel. On the main control board underneath i can operate the electric bed side but not the hydraulic slides. Battery voltage says zero on the in command panel. batteries are full charged and all 12 volt not connected to in command work. 2020 3901wb.

disconnect the power cord then disconnect the battery, let it sit 30 seconds then reconnect everything. My guess is the system needs to be cold started to reset it. Your not the first person to have issue like this. I think if you use the hydraulic pump for the landing gear or the slides without shore power or the truck running can connected it see low voltage and caused it to lock up.

No joy however. Seems the system is fried.

Out 2020 4001LK InComand system locked up and after disconnecting battery power for 30 seconds I had to hold power button on iN·Command system down for 15 seconds to reboot
