Inside Slide Seal Torn

We have a 2017 36RL. This model has a slide in a slide in the bedroom. The inside wiper seal around the bedroom slide (large slide out) is torn at the top and bottom and in need of replacing. Has anyone had to replace this seal? I can’t seem to get the wiper seal to slide up or down and I am afraid if I pull too hard, I will make the problem worse. The wiper seal seems to fit into a bracket of some sort and I am not sure whether the bracket has to be removed in order to get the wiper seal out? Once I am able to get the wiper seal out where is the best place to get a replacement?
Thanks

The wiper seal is a double wiper with both inner and outer wipers connected. You will need to remove if form inside (tape and Staples) and outside (screwed in). Replacement is from AP products and you can get it on Amazon.

AP Products 018-316 Black Premium EK Seal Base
