Interior Trim

We have a 2013 38GK. I would like to replace the 2 pieces of cherry trim plywood/veneer that attach to each side of the slide out. There approx 1 1/2 to 2 inches in width and the height of the slide room. Any idea where I might be able to obtain? Also would like to replace a few pieces of the 1" trim they use for the floor molding? Pics attached I hope? Thanks.

Try Trekwood RV, they seem to have everything in stock.

In the wood floor section at HD/Lowes you could probably find prefinished trim to match close enough that only you might notice & much cheaper than through any rv source.
If only original will do, contact Tiara Rv in Elkhart Indiana or Trekwood.com, but be prepared to spend some $$ on the parts, if available & even more on shipping.
As for that 1" piece, If I were doing it I'd check for some quarter round to match the other trim while at the store. This would look more finished than the scrap paneling they cut to use as trim.

If you end up using new cherry let me know the color of your trim. It appears to be the same as ours and if so I had Sherwin Williams make a color match stain. I can give you the formula code.

Cherry Trim

I got a hold of one of my old customers who is a cabinet maker. he has some 1 X 3 Cherry solid stock he's going to rip for me an I'll just finish it with some clear satin. As for the trim along the floor, still not sure what I'm going to do there. I'll reach out to the places mentioned earlier on Monday to see if it's available. it's not like a need a lot. 12 or 24 inches at most. Certainly appreciate all the responses. Take care and safe travels all.

Actually picked up my pieces of solid wood from my customer. The color is actual natural cherry, so he had already put 3 coats of urethane on them for me and made them 5/16 thick instead of the 3/16 thick paneling Redwood used.

My apologies!!!! I just found the can that was color matched but they never put the formula on the can. This is the base that was used.

We just finished reflooring our 2013 36RL. We replaced the original trim with wood trim that we covered with a matching colored contact paper. It's similar to what they install originally.https://www.redwoodowners.com/forums...1&d=1595783329
