Internet problems

We bought a new redwood a week ago we are full timers and have Suddenlink cable/internet our problem is something is blocking the internet signal and this 2020 had the one key tv system so there is no booster button to push and turn off signal we also have a Winnegard wireless on the roof I have spoke with factory and Winnegard they say there should be no interference with either one had any encountered thus problem and have a solution the Suddenlink techs no nothing 😩
