Kitchen sink covers
Has anyone ordered sink covers from Redwood? My rig does not have covers and wife would like some. I have a 2012 - 36 RL.

Our coach came with sink covers...we have the quartz option, the covers are HEAVY as are the oven stove covers, the four pieces together are about 30-40 pounds. We removed them from the coach and have all of them stored at our daughters house.
I can use that weight allowance for other essentials!!!

Thanks. We bought ours used and no sunk covers. There are covers on stove, so I suspect previous owner removed them.

Ken,
They had quartz as an option, or the gray swirl imitation stuff like ours that are light to carry. You should be able to order through your Dealer (Redwood doesn't do parts direct anymore) but you'll need to explain what you have.

Too bad.
As I understand, Redwood has changed from the sinks they used when your coach was manufactured so I don't know if the covers are the same or if they still have the original covers anymore?
You should call Redwood [(855) 226-7496] to see if there is any possibility to get replacements.

We also will be leaving the quartz cooker and sink covers at home to save the weight. The plastic cutting board ones that fit over the sinks work well.

Have you looked in the storage area immediately next to the stove. We put our sink covers and stove top covers in the storage area and leave them there. They can move to the back and it is hard to see them in there.

Ah yes - good catch!! Ours has storage slots made for those next to the oven and they can slide way to the back.

If you are going to the rally make the 20-30 minute drive to Bontragers RV Surplus in Sturgis, Mich & you could probably find them there, they have everything from frames to furniture plus the kitchen sink. DW & I along a few others made the trip & really enjoyed looking around.

We took our sink covers off and have stored them in the garage at home after we found them bouncing around the interior after a particular rough drive...

In the FL we put 2 of them in the cupboard above the fridge and the other 2 in the bottom of the pantry.
Similar to John, before we leave in July I will remove them and leave them at home, purely for weight saving.
