Not sure how you fixed your cracked shower. Is it gelcoat/fiberglass? Where was the water located when it leaked? Near a corner of the surround? Or near the door? Door sweeps at the bottom wear out and get torn causing some leak problems. More info might help please.

the dealership fixed the crack in the shower it seems ok to me, the leak is right on a corner on the opening side of the shower door on the outside of the shower stall, seems to be coming from under the shower.

You might need to tape some dry paper to the side of your shower base to help locate the leak. Still could be a door sweep or a seal problem. With some dry paper on the sides of the base and some other pieces on the floor you might be able to determine where it is getting wet from. If it is from under the shower then a basement wall might need to be taken down and look at the underside of the shower area. Could be a loose tail piece attached to the drain. Might be the drain itself. But I would try the paper next time to see if that helps determine where the water is coming from.

Another item to look at is the shower valves. We had a DRV last year that developed a water leak and it appeared as if the shower floor was cracked and leaking. After finding the leak, it was a pin hole in the valve body and would spray on the wall behind the shower, run down the wall and come out under the shower floor.
