LED light problems

Our 2015 31SL has had (10) 4 1/2" LED lights go out. We have replaced 6 of them and are waiting on the other 4 to arrive from Redwood. Has anyone had any issues with these lights. We have had no problems at all with the 3 1/2" lights at this time. I'm just trying to figure out what's going on with these lights. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Wow, we have been fulltime on our 2014 38FL for a little over a year now, we have the factory installed LEDs in the ceiling, have not had a single LED Light failure yet, Knock on Wood !!!

I have a 2014 and have replaced 4 of the LEDs so far. Evidently there must have been something wrong with some of the first ones that came from the factory with the LEDs because the replacements I have received, from Redwood, are a bit different.
