LED light strip falling off

When we made the run over to Hilton Head we killed most of the love bugs on the way

Since I've always heard they are like acid to your finish after about 24 hours, we stopped at a walmart and got a few things:

then while in that beautiful rv park kneeled that puppy down,
backed the truck up to it and soaked the bugs ...

after about 20 minutes the front was spotless again !


then on the way back we stopped in at a blue beacon to do the truck and 5er before putting it back in storage.

Yes, was very easy even for someone like me that doesn't DO manual labor anymore

I will add that I used my telescoping brush and a good car wash soap afterwards to clean up...
but really surprised they came off as easy as they did with the bug remover sponge....
some did take some rubbing, but all came off...
