LG tv's
Well I got my wet bolt replaced on my leaf spring and I'm back home in Port Aransas. Now that I'm back home it's the TV. This is only the 4th trip I've took with my Redwood 38RL 2016. I have had it for only a little over a year and a half. Now the LG tv in the living room has 4 white spots on the screen. Has anyone else had any problems. Thanks Jim

On our second trip with our Redwood when it was new, the living room LG TV failed.
Replaced it under warranty, been many miles coast to coast since and no more TV issues.

We have 2 LG televisions (LR - 40 inch and BR -24 inch). Our 2012 Redwood 36RL (built Aug/Sept 2011) and the TV's have functioned well for 6 years. It sounds like yours should be replaced under warranty by Redwood although the LG warranty may only be 90 days or 1 year which will allow Redwood an out.

The "White Spots" are caused by the Back lite Disfussers coming off. At present we have one row of three and another row of four.
Must be the glue or what ever they use to hold them in place doesn't like the bouncing they get for our Excellent roads we travel.

Thanks for all the replies. I'm still under Redwoods 2 year warranty and LG's Warranty is only good for a year. I'm going to call Redwood Monday and let them know about it. I really don't think there going to do anything about it. But I think a tv should last more than a year and a half. I bought an extended warranty and it sounds like it may cover it. Michelle how long did your tv last before you had the problem. Even if Redwood doesn't cover it I believe Redwood needs to known about it. Thanks again Jim

Not quite 2 1/2 years.
Talked to Randy when we were there and because we were out of warranty he said there wasn't much he could do. Mechanical type stuff he can work in, but electronics not so much.
Before replacing, do your research, seems it's becoming a problem even with home TVs, China must be using a cheaper glue.
