Lippert Jacks will not retract.

I have a 2012 RW went to retract the jacks and nothing. How ever the jacks will extend. Tried overriding by opening a valve for the rear jacks. I took a drill to spin the pump tried both forward and reverse they still will not come up. Called Lippert the tech had me try some things with still no luck. I will call them back in the morning. Any one have any ideas?

The time I had the issue with the legs I was able to resolve it with the drill into the motor and operating the valves manually. The problem was finding the correct valve.

I eventually found the valve for the landing gear at the top of one of the legs in the propane compartment. The valves for the rear legs and slides are on the oil distribution box.

2012 and earlier have a 10Amp inline fuse located in the battery compartment on the right hand wall that runs the hydraulic jacks and slides. It may have blown. Redwood has a Technical Service Bulletin (TSB) out on it. Search on the Redwoodowners.com forum for the TSB to see it. Good luck.
