Main A/C unit stopped cooling

We have a 2014 RL36 and have been quite satisfied with it. Lately our main A/C unit stopped cooling yet heat pump in same unit works fine. Bedroom A/C unit seems to be working fine but not enough to keep up in the hot weather. Did seem to be any leaks but foam barrier between intake and exhaust was out of place but since fixed up. Still not cooling so could be a condenser issue.
Any other ideas out there on fix
